Cookie Policy

What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make sites work, to remember your choices, and to help owners understand how their site is used. Similar technologies such as local storage work in the same way, and we refer to all of them as “cookies” here.
How we use cookies
We keep our use of cookies to a minimum. We group them into two types:
- Essential cookies — needed for the site to work and to remember your cookie choice. These are always on and do not require consent.
- Analytics cookies — help us understand which pages are visited and how the site performs, so we can improve it. These only run if you accept them.
Your consent
When you first visit the site, we ask whether you accept analytics cookies. Until you accept, only essential cookies run. We remember your choice so we do not ask on every visit. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser, which will make the consent request appear again.
Third-party cookies
Some cookies may be set by the services we use to run and measure the site, including:
- Vercel — hosting and delivery, including essential performance and security functions
- Google — website analytics, where you have accepted analytics cookies
- HubSpot — measuring interest in our communications, where you have accepted analytics cookies
Embedded content, such as YouTube videos on our Insights page, may also set its own cookies when you play a video. These are governed by the provider’s own policies.
Managing cookies in your browser
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block or remove cookies, though doing so may stop parts of this or other sites from working as expected. Guidance for each major browser is available in its help pages.
